calvary umc mission trips
Calvary UMC believes that an essential part of following Jesus is service. Calvary's Short-Term Mission Trip philosophy is to expose people to different kinds of service in different locations so that they can discern what kind of service God is calling them to in the long run. Calvary rotates their yearly Mission Trip which means that we serve out of the country one year, then in our country but out of state the next year, and in our own state the following year, and the 3-year rotational cycle continues. Calvary recognizes, however, the essential importance of serving where God has placed you, so our congregation makes sure to do at least 3 service projects in our own local community every month.
